Lucy Nolan RVN

Head Nurse

Our head nurse Lucy qualified with a BSc in Veterinary Nursing from Dundalk Institute of Technology in 2016 & joined the team at Blackrock shortly after.

She grew up in South Dublin surrounded by a multitude of pets which instilled her passion for working with animals.

Today Lucy is ruled by her 2 Chihuahua’s Gizmo & Bowie which she rescued, although she does have a love for Whippets so watch this space!

Lucy has a keen interest in Microbiology and hopes to complete a MSc is Veterinary Microbiology in the near future.

Lucy is a joy to work with and brings a lot of energy to all the staff, she is a fantastic support to her colleagues and is passionate about developing the nurses that work in her team.
