Veterinary Nurse

Clare graduated from UCD in June 2015 with a BSc. in Veterinary Nursing. She grew up right here in Blackrock and brought her first ever pet to Blackrock Vet Clinic back in 1997, a rabbit called Snuggles.

Clare’s interests include surgical nursing and anaesthesia. She furthers these interests whenever she can. She also worked in dog grooming for many years and still enjoys giving her own dogs a haircut when needs be!

Outside of work, Clare can be seen walking her two Yorkshire terriers, Izzie and Penny. More often, Penny prefers to be carried as she is an old girl who Clare rescued during college! She also enjoys reading, swimming, and spending time with family and friends.
